About the Role

• Support ERC functions by entering and maintaining employee and position data in Oracle HCM for hires, transfers, and assignment changes. • Create and maintain routine and ad‑hoc reports using Oracle HCM and Kronos. • Compile and analyze data, validate collective agreements, and recommend actions before data entry. • Update employee files, policies, procedures, and manage electronic filing. • Develop specialized administrative processes and lead continuous‑improvement activities. • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer service. • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and provide recommendations.

Reporting to the Supervisor, HR Processing, the Clerk IV will join the Human Resources department in Edmonton, supporting timely and accurate employee pay transactions in Oracle HCM and providing specialized administrative support to the Employee Resource Center team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting. • Hold a High School Diploma. • Minimum three years’ experience in payroll and HR administration. • Possess PCP or CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) certification – considered an asset. • Experience with Oracle or other HCM systems – considered an asset. • Expert‑level proficiency in MS Office applications. • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume work while delivering quality and focusing on customer experience. • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
