About the Role

The Business Analyst will join the EMEA Innovation Team, reporting to the Technical Project Manager and collaborating closely with the EMEA Analytics team. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements to ensure technical projects deliver measurable value and improve operational efficiency. Key duties include maintaining detailed specifications in Azure DevOps, managing the project backlog, and supporting the Technical Project Manager with planning, tracking and execution. The analyst will lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process‑mapping sessions to uncover improvement opportunities, and will work with Data Science, Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to translate needs into functional and technical requirements. • Gather and analyse business requirements, documenting specifications in Azure DevOps. • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with Data Science, Engineering and BI teams. • Manage and prioritize the project backlog on DevOps for all involved teams. • Support the Technical Project Manager in project planning, tracking, and execution using DevOps tools. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process mapping to identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborate cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Assist in risk assessment, dependency tracking, and resource planning for ongoing projects. • Develop business cases, impact assessments, and success metrics to measure solution value. • Provide regular status reports to heads of Innovation, Analytics and Operations. • Create training materials and documentation to promote adoption of new solutions. • Contribute to process improvement and best‑practice initiatives within business analysis and project execution.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have at least three years of Business Analyst experience in a technical or data‑driven environment, fluency in English and strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. Required skills include business process modelling, data‑driven decision‑making, familiarity with Azure cloud services, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps or comparable tracking tools, and proficiency with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. A degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field is expected, and knowledge of SQL, ETL processes and data workflows is a plus. • Minimum 3+ years Business Analyst experience in a technical, data, or innovation‑driven environment. • Fluent English with exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Strong analytical abilities, including business process modelling and data‑driven decision‑making. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud applications and Agile methodologies. • Experience using Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools. • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and understanding of data analytics concepts. • Understanding of data workflows, ETL processes, and SQL is advantageous. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
