About the Role
The Project Administrator will support Construction Managers throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with material specifications, subcontractor scopes, and submittals, while preparing field managers for execution and installation. They will also develop relationships with vendors and partners to optimize workflow and maintain schedule adherence. • Safety – plan for safety, customize project documentation, mitigate known hazards, etc. • Close Out and Budget/Schedule Review – lessons learned, process discipline, etc.

What You Bring
Key performance expectations include strong interpersonal skills such as advocacy and conflict resolution, rigorous quality control, proactive safety planning, effective problem solving, and disciplined project close‑out and budget review. Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience or education in commercial construction management, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess strong administrative abilities, adapt to shifting priorities, and be proficient with project‑management software. • Interpersonal Skills – advocacy, conflict resolution, active listening, etc. • Quality Control – process execution verification, attention to detail, collaboration, etc. • Problem Solving – proactive communication, material and schedule management, etc. • 1–2 years experience in commercial construction management or related education. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills. • Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
