About the Role

The Talent Enablement Manager (People Operations Manager) serves as a strategic partner and hands‑on leader responsible for driving workforce capability, engagement, and operational excellence. The role leads a small team that implements critical talent initiatives—including onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement—ensuring alignment with ABM standards and the client’s high‑performance culture. By leveraging ABM’s enterprise resources and Centers of Excellence, the manager integrates best practices, SOPs, and training frameworks into site operations to deliver consistency, compliance, and innovation. • Drive workforce capability, engagement, and operational excellence. • Lead a small team to implement onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives. • Align talent programs with ABM standards and the client’s high‑performance culture. • Leverage enterprise resources and Centers of Excellence to embed best practices, SOPs, and training frameworks. • Design data‑driven programs to close skill gaps, accelerate time‑to‑productivity, and improve retention. • Partner with stakeholders at all levels to influence change and support operational excellence. • Report to the VP of Learning & Talent Development while collaborating closely with onsite ABM leadership.

Benefits

This is a hybrid role (onsite Mon‑Thu) located in the San Jose Metropolitan Area (Silicon Valley), CA, with a salary range of $130,000–$190,000, dependent on education, experience, and market data.
