About the Role

• Responsible for the security of the property at all times. • Replace light bulbs. • Remove all trash from grounds daily. • Keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person. • Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents. • Assist in keeping the Maintenance shop clean. • Sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis. • Replenish bathroom supplies. • Distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary. • Support the maintenance team with make-readies and lend a hand to housekeeping when necessary.

What You Bring

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle. • Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies. • Water trees as well as trim grass and shrubs.
