• Valid driver’s license required • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and hardware specifications • Capable of transporting and assembling products without damage • Professional appearance and clear communication with customers and team • Organized, systematic work approach with attention to detail (to the millimeter) • Availability to work at least two weekends per month • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to meet quality standards
