About the Role
The incumbent will manage National Account customers, ensuring timely call closures, compliance with turnaround‑time (TAT) guidelines, effective preventive maintenance, and proper documentation to meet contractual obligations. Coordination with internal stakeholders and participation in regular reviews are essential for resolving open items and providing status updates. • Review assigned calls daily to ensure progress and timely action. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve open items quickly. • Adhere strictly to TAT guidelines to avoid penalties. • Participate in daily/weekly reviews and provide status updates. • Promote Carrier products and services to meet business targets. • Ensure timely call closures, preventive maintenance execution, and proper documentation per customer contracts. • Utilize the Employee Assistance Programme for personal support.

What You Bring
Candidates must have three to five years of experience in HVAC and possess the ability to promote products and services to achieve business targets. Strong organizational skills and adherence to TAT standards are required to avoid penalties. • Possess 3–5 years of HVAC experience.
