About the Role

In a typical day you will study blueprints, sketches, manuals, or specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements. You will measure workpiece dimensions, start and run machinery, detect malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions, and adjust machine controls as needed. You will also verify that finished workpieces meet specifications, perform trial runs to confirm machine settings, test unit functionality, and assemble products when required. • Operate various production machines and load raw materials onto stock reels. • Read blueprints and specifications to set dimensions and tolerances. • Measure workpieces and verify finished products meet specifications. • Identify and correct machine malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions. • Conduct trial runs, test functionality, and assemble products as needed. • Use small hand tools daily.

What You Bring

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for an overnight shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 PM‑7:30 AM). Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The role involves operating multiple production machines such as saws, presses, drills, and automatic presses, and may require loading raw material onto stock reels. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for at least 75 % of the shift, and bend, lift, push or pull without difficulty.
