About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative, also called Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with construction and industrial tools. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, strong customer‑service and telephone skills, solid computer and admin abilities, completion of DOT qualification, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience (preferred) • Strong customer service and telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative abilities • Successful completion of DOT qualification process (preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred
