About the Role

As the Regional Environment, Safety & Health Manager (Safety Manager), you will be accountable for adopting, implementing, and managing Schneider Electric’s U.S. Services Health, Safety & Environment programs and policies for assigned Northeastern U.S. regions, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role focuses on reducing injury risk and liability for employees and customers at both workplace and customer sites. • Drive compliance with standards, regulations, and safety improvement plans • Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective action plans • Perform site audits and inspections • Develop and deliver safety training • Manage electrical safety elements performance • Optimize work processes for low to high voltage electrical equipment • Categorize electrical components by hazard exposure tiers • Perform arc flash and electrical shock hazard determinations for onsite tasks

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a degree in Environment, Health, and Safety Management or equivalent, and a BCSP credential (ASP or CSP, with CSP preferred). They will have at least 10 years of EHS experience, deep knowledge of regulations, and experience in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, power, energy, or transportation. Strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are required. • Track leading and lagging safety metrics • Travel 35%–50% as required

Benefits

The position is based in the United States with a compensation range of $112,000 to $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. Salary within this range is set by reviewing similar roles and is adjusted for performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
