About the Role
The Leadership Development Program Manager will design, coordinate, promote, and deliver high‑impact leadership development programs for the AMR region, strengthening organizational capability and building leadership bench strength in line with the regional talent agenda. The role partners with Talent and Development teams and external vendors to curate learning journeys, manage program logistics, coach facilitators, and evaluate effectiveness. • Design and localize leadership development programs aligned with corporate principles and competencies. • Facilitate workshops, learning events, and capability‑building sessions for leaders at all levels. • Lead end‑to‑end coordination of global and regional programs, including virtual and in‑person delivery. • Manage program logistics, scheduling, communications, facilitator assignments, materials, and evaluations. • Oversee external vendors, facilitators, coaches, and partners to ensure seamless delivery. • Conduct leadership training needs assessments with HR business partners and provide strategic recommendations. • Deploy programs such as Leading DPW Way, Managing the DPW World Way, and the first‑time manager program across the region. • Track program metrics (NPS, ROI, behavior change) and use data insights to refine content and report to senior leadership. • Lead the internal facilitators community and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives. • Embrace and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
