About the Role
The Senior Project Engineer role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work for buildings under construction, requiring a solid understanding of how MEP settings impact the construction process. The engineer will engage in initial MEP design development, assess constructability, ensure legal compliance, coordinate with all service design disciplines, manage shop drawing approvals, and oversee implementation of approved conditions on site. Responsibilities include executing services work per drawings and specifications, selecting vendors and local material suppliers, installing, testing, and commissioning electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting equipment, managing handovers with documentation, and providing training to takeover teams. • Develop initial MEP designs and assess constructability. • Review legal and statutory compliance and secure timely approvals. • Coordinate across all service design disciplines. • Ensure contractors submit and obtain approval for shop drawings. • Implement approved conditions on site in a sequential manner. • Execute services work according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards. • Select vendors and local material suppliers per procurement process. • Install, test, and commission electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting equipment. • Manage handover documentation, including manuals, test certificates, and as‑built drawings. • Conduct training for takeover teams via contractors and consultants.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, possesses 10+ years of experience on industrial projects, and has technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works, along with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects. • Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. • Excellent organizational, motivational, and detail‑oriented skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
