About the Role
The role focuses on driving innovation and excellence in electrical design while ensuring high standards across projects. You will lead a diverse team, promote continuous improvement, and support manufacturing operations with technical expertise. • Ensure quality and on‑time delivery of electrical designs. • Lead design reviews for special projects and provide technical guidance. • Monitor team performance and prepare efficiency and quality reports. • Foster cross‑functional collaboration and resolve conflicts. • Drive initiatives to improve output and enhance design processes. • Support manufacturing operations with technical expertise. • Promote use of ITM tools for process improvement and problem resolution. • Maintain compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, have at least five years of experience in electrical design and leadership, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Experience managing multicultural teams and knowledge of transformer design are advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in electrical design and team leadership. • Strong communication and organizational abilities. • Experience managing multicultural teams (preferred). • Knowledge of transformer design and failure resolution (preferred). • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Creo, SQL, and Power BI.
