About the Role
• Develop conceptual designs and communicate them with clients, stakeholders, and project managers. • Research, source, and specify manufacturers for finishes, furniture systems, and fixtures. • Produce deliverables in Revit or AutoCAD through all project stages, including functional programming, schematic design, working drawings, and contract administration. • Conduct site audits or surveys to document existing conditions. • Provide support during contract administration and construction phases.

What You Bring
A49 places technology at the core of its design process. While experience with digital design, production, and visualization tools is preferred, the company invests in training, mentorship, and comprehensive evaluations to enable designers to leverage technology on impactful projects. • Hold or be eligible for registration as an Interior Designer in Manitoba. • Possess a CIDA‑accredited college diploma or university degree in Interior Design. • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and experience coordinating interior design drawing packages. • Experience in functional programming, material and furnishings selection, and willingness to travel to rural sites.
