About the Role
We are looking for a friendly individual who enjoys greeting guests and sharing the lively amenities of our resort. The Bellperson is the first point of contact, escorting owners and guests to their rooms to ensure a positive start to their stay. • Supervise property entrance and greet arriving guests. • Assist owners and guests with luggage handling and transport. • Deliver messages, handle room move requests, groceries, and other inquiries. • Report unusual activities or problems to management. • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean front entrance and lobby area. • Fulfill reasonable requests from management and support other departments as needed. • Remember guests’ names, preferences, and routines to build personal connections. • Provide instructions on room amenities and property services. • Retrieve, transport, organize, and store luggage in designated areas. • Explain room features such as key usage, mini‑bar, in‑room safe, and valet laundry services. • Drive, park, and retrieve passenger vehicles, recording transportation requests. • Act as a safety and security advocate by monitoring undesirable persons on the property. • Complete special projects assigned by leadership and respond to all guest requests. • Pitch‑in to help co‑workers and be an outstanding teammate.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least six months of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a positive, self‑starting attitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 150 lb and stand or walk for an entire shift, as well as tolerate extreme weather conditions. Prior bellperson or resort hospitality experience is a plus. • Eligibility: open to U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization.
