About the Role
In this senior position you will lead efforts to pursue, win, and execute healthcare projects, providing management review and overseeing the regional healthcare team. Responsibilities include developing business plans, targeting pursuits, and managing a variety of life‑science projects, organizational structures, and processes. You will report to the Managing Director of the Boston office with a dotted‑line to the National Practice Area Leadership. • Build and lead the regional life‑science team, overseeing execution of healthcare projects. • Develop business plans, target pursuits, and forecast the project pipeline. • Generate new revenue and expand existing streams within the healthcare market, aiming for $1‑2 million annual revenue. • Network with prospective clients, architects, PM/CM firms, and general contractors to secure projects. • Track leads, create winning strategies, and assemble appropriate project teams. • Ensure technical excellence of MEP project delivery and resolve client or internal issues. • Recruit senior staff with market‑specific experience. • Act as an industry‑recognized expert through speaking engagements, publications, and white papers.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience); 10+ years healthcare design, 7+ years management, 7+ years business development; PE registration preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication, relationship‑building, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
