About the Role

The Executive Director reports to the Regional Director of Operations and holds an exempt, salaried position with a salary range of $135,000 to $145,000 per year. This role oversees overall management and day‑to‑day operations of the community, driving revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. The position includes financial management responsibilities, human‑resources functions, and leading sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. The Executive Director also ensures a resident‑focused culture with open‑door engagement and may provide occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty. • Develop and execute business strategy to meet operational and financial targets. • Manage state, federal, and company regulatory compliance. • Foster positive engagement of residents, associates, and families through an open‑door culture. • Set quality‑assurance standards and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. • Oversee financial management of the community. • Perform human‑resources functions including recruitment, development, and disciplinary actions. • Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. • Provide occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty.

What You Bring

The role requires a relevant college degree, appropriate licensure, and demonstrated leadership in health‑care settings, along with strong communication and technical skills. • Demonstrate effective communication and lead by example with attention to resident care. • Hold a college degree and state administrator’s license/certification (CALA). • Prior health‑care leadership experience. • Proven success in managing operating expenses. • Experience in sales or business development (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication and team‑leadership skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications. • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and perform intermittent physical activities using proper body mechanics.
