About the Role

The position sits within the Real Estate department and works closely with directors, functional teams, external partners and the Business Development function to produce winning proposals across key Indian markets. • Lead best‑practice approach and execution of proposals, tenders and bid responses for key Indian markets. • Review procurement documents, conduct go/no‑go decisions and devise clear bid plans. • Mobilise internal stakeholders, set timelines and oversee bid execution as Bid Manager. • Ensure compliance with Turner & Townsend’s “bid to win” process and governance. • Facilitate discussions on differentiators, win themes and develop high‑quality content. • Collaborate with directors and functional teams to gather information, write or support tender responses. • Work with external organisations and partners to develop and deliver bids and proposals. • Produce professional bids aligned with brand guidelines and clear key messaging. • Provide constructive feedback or escalate issues to senior leadership throughout the bid process. • Meet all bid deadlines and submit proposals correctly and on time. • Conduct competitor research, market analysis and interpret client feedback to support bid positioning. • Report on pipeline and bid conversion, analyse trends and maintain content and bid libraries.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a relevant degree, have at least seven years of bid management experience, and possess strong written communication, Microsoft Office and proofreading skills. APMP accreditation is desired, and line‑management experience is advantageous. • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or Engineering. • APMP accreditation desired or willingness to obtain. • Minimum 7 years’ experience in bid management and successful submissions. • Line‑management experience desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word. • Excellent proofreading, accuracy and adherence to word/page limits. • Strong organisational skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines with high quality. • Confident verbal and written communication; ability to build collaborative relationships. • Team player adaptable to changing business priorities and proactive with ideas.
