About the Role

The role supports warehouse operations by handling loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. It ensures products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner. The position follows clearly prescribed processes, seeking guidance for non‑routine issues, and operates under close supervision with limited independent judgment. Work involves detailed checks and close review of output by senior coworkers or supervisors. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard • Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

What You Bring

The work environment is a comfortable warehouse setting but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements, with occasional overnight travel under 10%. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
