About the Role
The technician will diagnose HVAC and refrigeration performance through observation and testing, perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. They will also complete electronic documentation of service tasks and clearly explain charges to customers. • Diagnose HVAC and refrigeration performance through observation and testing • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on chiller systems • Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment • Complete electronic documentation of service tasks, materials, and labor hours • Explain service charges and work performed to customers • Maintain inventory stock on the service vehicle • Reconcile work orders, vendor packing slips, and weekly timesheets • Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and customers

What You Bring
Candidates must have 5+ years of commercial HVAC chiller experience, be able to follow construction plans, hold a valid EPA card and TDLR license, pass a drug screen, and maintain a good driving record. Strong communication skills, a stable work history, and the ability to drive for company tasks are required. • Possess 5+ years of commercial HVAC chiller experience • Hold a valid EPA certification and TDLR license • Pass a drug screen and have a clean driving record
