About the Role

The Digital Improvement Developer (Power Platform) joins the Critical Power Solutions Operational Excellence team to enhance digital capabilities and processes. The role focuses on low‑code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and limited PowerBI development, aiming to improve service delivery efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors is essential to understand needs, analyze data, and design process‑driven solutions. In this position you will translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and specifications, and build both model‑driven and canvas Power Apps as well as automated workflows. You will also explore AI‑driven prototypes with Copilot Studio, manage system issues, and deliver training and change‑management support to users. Documentation of functional designs and process flows will be maintained, and solutions will be integrated with existing platforms and data sources. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories, wireframes, and specifications for low‑code Power Platform solutions. • Develop, test, and maintain model‑driven and canvas Power Apps and Power Automate flows. • Design low‑code AI proof‑of‑concept solutions using Copilot Studio. • Prioritize, resolve, and communicate system issues. • Provide training, onboarding, and change‑management support to end users and stakeholders. • Create and maintain documentation, including functional designs and process flowcharts. • Integrate solutions with existing systems and data sources in collaboration with IT partners and vendors. • Participate in weekly project updates, backlog reviews, and Business Process Improvement initiatives. • Apply application lifecycle management best practices and suggest process enhancements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, at least three years of experience developing Power Platform solutions, and advanced Microsoft competencies. A master's in business administration, familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Copilot Studio, and a proven record of process improvement are preferred. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and strong collaborative abilities are key to success. • Hold a bachelor's degree and minimum three years of Power Platform development experience. • Possess advanced Microsoft skills and experience with SAP, PowerBI, and Copilot Studio. • Demonstrated track record of process improvement and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. • Strong collaborative skills and understanding of business operations.
