About the Role

The Sprinkler Installer Foreman is responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing fire protection systems, including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, foam suppression systems, fire pumps, and back‑flow devices. This position also oversees project execution, equipment delivery, labor forecasting, and secures tools and equipment daily. • Install and repair wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, foam fire suppression systems, fire pumps, and back‑flow devices. • Lead the installation crew, allocate tasks, and coordinate with the construction manager to resolve discrepancies. • Manage project logistics, including equipment delivery, labor hour forecasting, and daily tool security. • Review project drawings, maintain accurate documentation, and attend project meetings. • Perform physical labor involving lifting up to 70 lb and working at heights up to 60 ft on ladders, scaffolding, or high‑lift equipment. • Follow all safety policies, work flexible shifts or weekends as required, and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

What You Bring
