About the Role

• Develop and implement a community outreach strategy to foster open communication and promote project awareness. • Organise and facilitate community meetings, public forums, and stakeholder consultations to gather feedback and build relationships. • Collaborate with local organisations, government agencies, and community leaders to integrate community needs into project planning. • Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and other communication materials on project milestones, timelines, and impacts. • Coordinate outreach events, educational workshops, and site tours to engage the community and increase project awareness. • Act as liaison between the project team and the community, addressing complaints and resolving issues.

What You Bring

Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading‑edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project. • Familiarity with New York transit agencies such as PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, Amtrak, MNRR, and NYCT. • Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent industry experience; or a bachelor's in communications, public relations, or community engagement. • Experience on heavy civil programmes/projects, including tunnelling, preferably FTA projects, and delivery of portfolios valued over $1 bn. • Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or stakeholder engagement within construction or infrastructure projects. • Strong interpersonal, empathy, and cultural‑sensitivity skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively and apply best practices in community engagement.

Benefits
