About the Role

Brookfield is hiring a Vice President, Business Systems Analysis to lead innovative application solutions for Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit. The role combines leadership, product management, operational excellence, and business systems analysis to implement and optimize applications and integrations. Key duties include leading and mentoring a global team of Business Systems Analysts, managing service requests and incidents to meet SLA targets, and championing continuous improvement through automation and root‑cause analysis. The VP will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with Brookfield architecture, SDLC, ITL, cyber and tooling standards, maintain product documentation, migrate legacy integrations to Snowflake, oversee after‑hours support, translate business requirements into technology solutions, and develop high‑performance ETL/ELT processes. • Lead and mentor a worldwide team of Business Systems Analysts to deliver initiatives on schedule • Manage service requests and incidents to meet defined SLA targets • Drive automation, solution optimization, and root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement • Ensure application projects align with Brookfield architecture, SDLC, ITL, cyber, and tooling standards • Maintain current product documentation, including diagrams, roadmaps, integration mappings, and data dictionaries • Migrate legacy application integrations to Snowflake, guaranteeing performance, stability, and scalability • Oversee after‑hours support for application and integration components • Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and partner with Application Engineering leadership • Design and optimize high‑performance ETL/ELT workflows and implement robust data validation and cleansing • Communicate solution architectures clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field and bring at least 10 years of product ownership and business systems analysis experience in the Asset Management or Insurance industry. Required expertise includes leadership, communication, knowledge of asset‑management data models, familiarity with applications such as Aladdin, Clearwater, SS&C PLM, actuarial tools, proficiency with Workato, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, and modern data frameworks like Medallion Architecture. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline • Bring 10+ years of product ownership and business systems analysis experience in Asset Management or Insurance • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities • Experience with Asset Management platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Clearwater, SS&C PLM) and actuarial tools (e.g., FinX, AON Pathwise) • Proficient in workflow automation tools such as Workato or equivalents • Skilled in ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, and data formats like XML, JSON, CSV • Familiar with modern data frameworks such as Medallion Architecture • Understand data governance, compliance, and risk mitigation in data workflows
