About the Role
The role focuses on developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring alignment with timelines. It includes monitoring progress, analysing critical paths, and supporting cost control and resource planning through integrated schedules. • Develop and manage project schedules. • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines. • Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly. • Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks. • Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead schedules. • Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans. • Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones. • Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions. • Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or related engineering and have at least six years of planning and scheduling experience on commercial projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel is required, with PowerBI knowledge considered an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or related engineering (BE/BTech). • Minimum 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling of commercial projects. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
