About the Role
The incumbent will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), updating content, user records, certifications, and training resources. They will schedule and coordinate training sessions, handling logistics, materials, and communications, while maintaining accurate records to meet compliance and operational needs. Additionally, they will generate reports on training completions and metrics, and assist employees with LMS access and registration. Continuous improvement is a focus; the role involves streamlining training processes, tracking material distribution, and monitoring compliance‑related training to ensure timely completions. The employee must ensure adherence to external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • Update and maintain LMS content, user records, certifications, and training resources. • Schedule, coordinate, and communicate training sessions, managing logistics and materials. • Maintain accurate training records for compliance and operational reporting. • Generate reports on training completions, metrics, and compliance status. • Provide LMS support to employees, handling access, registration, and requirements. • Distribute and track training materials, ensuring timely delivery. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase training efficiency. • Monitor compliance‑related training to keep certifications on schedule. • Ensure adherence to external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Bring
Candidates must have legal work authorization in the United States, a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), and at least two years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management. Proficiency with LMS platforms and MS Office, especially Excel, is required, along with experience in recordkeeping within regulated or service‑focused environments. Familiarity with ISO or similar compliance standards is a plus. • Possess at least 2 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management. • Proficient in LMS platforms and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. • Familiar with regulated or service‑focused environments; ISO knowledge is a plus.
