About the Role
The Plant HR Advisor based in Dublin provides day‑to‑day human‑resources support for plant operations and reports to the Regional HR Business Partner. The role works closely with plant leadership to enhance employee engagement, manage workforce planning and support talent development initiatives. In partnership with the HR Advisory and Centres of Expertise, the advisor ensures service level agreements are met, monitors performance of HR activities and delivers regular feedback on the plant’s HR service delivery. The position also collaborates with internal teams to uphold health, safety and wellbeing standards, and to maintain compliance with local labour laws and company policies. • Serve as first point of contact for all plant HR activities, coordinating with HR Centres of Expertise. • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and measure HR activity performance. • Provide monthly feedback on HR service delivery to plant leadership. • Manage recruitment for hourly plant roles, including job posting, interviewing and selection. • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. • Assist managers with performance review processes and develop performance improvement plans. • Support training and development initiatives to build workforce capability. • Respond to HR‑related queries via Workday, HR Atlas and Omni, acting as liaison for employees and supervisors. • Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives, promoting inclusion programmes. • Partner with safety teams to ensure compliance with health, safety and wellbeing standards. • Work with the Employee Relations Advisory team to address employee relations issues and enforce labour law compliance. • Compile and present HR metrics through dashboards to enable data‑driven discussions with plant leaders. • Analyse absence data and recommend actions to reduce absenteeism. • Review attrition trends and develop plans to achieve attrition targets. • Act as deputy to the HR Business Partner, providing continuous HR support during their absence.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, have at least two years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, and possess strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Minimum two years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting. • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills. • Ability to build trust and influence at all organisational levels. • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
