About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will join Parsons’ Stormwater team in Abu Dhabi, contributing to the transformation of the city by leading large‑scale utility and infrastructure projects. Reporting to senior leaders, the manager will be responsible for the overall execution, fiscal control, and technical coordination of assigned projects. • Collaborate directly with the client to deliver key stormwater projects. • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. • Develop and implement delivery models, Project Execution Plans, Health & Safety Plans, and QA/QC plans. • Define program requirements, monitor deliverables, and distribute project summaries to the team. • Plan, direct, supervise, and control business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project. • Assign responsibilities to subordinates based on qualifications and provide input for performance reviews. • Mobilize resources across support departments, offices, and subsidiaries to form effective project teams. • Work with managers, engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and detailed project plans. • Monitor project progress, report milestones, and identify conditions affecting cost or schedule. • Conduct weekly status meetings, formulate action items, and manage change orders timely. • Identify and address potential cost overruns or scope changes with corrective action plans. • Promote technical and commercial excellence through quality assurance processes. • Present information clearly to key stakeholders and maintain proactive client relationships.

What You Bring
• Possess 10+ years of experience managing utility programs or large‑scale infrastructure projects, especially stormwater. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and the PMC, construction, and design delivery process. • Ability to operate in a multi‑organizational environment and build collaborative relationships.
