What You Bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership in asset management, deep knowledge of defence estate operations, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and relevant facilities or asset management qualifications. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes are also essential. • Demonstrated leadership in asset management or related field. • Strong understanding of Defence estate operations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience managing large teams and complex projects. • Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
