About the Role
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the Senior Counsel will analyze and mitigate complex contractual and operational risks across service lines such as construction project management, property and facility management, and real‑estate transaction consulting. Leveraging software and AI tools, the counsel will draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, provide business-oriented guidance, create policies, and run internal training programs. They will lead pre‑litigation strategy, pursue early dispute resolution, and support both internal and external litigation counsel. • Mitigate contractual and operational risk for service offerings such as construction, property, facility, and real‑estate transaction management. • Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements using software and AI tools. • Provide business‑focused counsel, develop policies, and deliver internal training programs. • Lead pre‑litigation strategy and pursue early dispute resolution. • Support internal and external counsel in active litigation matters. • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to establish best practices and optimize risk management. • Monitor legal developments affecting the real‑estate industry.

What You Bring
The position requires a JD, a bachelor's degree, and bar admission in at least one U.S. state, along with broad commercial law experience across multiple jurisdictions and at least three years representing U.S. companies. Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen, adaptability, analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to adopt technology‑driven tools. Efficient prioritization and delivery under time‑sensitive conditions are essential. • JD (law degree) and bachelor's degree; bar‑licensed in at least one U.S. state. • Broad commercial law experience across multiple business lines and jurisdictions, including at least three years representing U.S. companies. • Strong business acumen and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment. • Proficiency with software and AI tools for legal work. • Creative, strategic problem‑solving and strong analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize and deliver results under time‑sensitive pressures.
