About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to deliver prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets Company safety standards before each shift, complying with all state and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects. Drivers perform thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, and report any issues. They follow assigned routes, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities, and interact professionally with customers and dispatchers. Additionally, drivers tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited items, clean spills, and maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout each trip.

What You Bring

The position requires a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement, good time‑management and customer‑service skills, and adherence to safety policies. Drivers must meet productivity standards, complete required reports, and participate in the Company’s ReSOP safety program.
