About the Role
In this role you will actively support the company’s safety and quality culture, perform mechanical and electrical construction activities, develop budgetary estimates, and evaluate system options. You will create and coordinate scopes of work, develop sequencing and scheduling solutions, conduct constructability reviews, and perform inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Additionally, you will manage shop drawings, lead commissioning efforts, mentor junior colleagues, and champion diversity and inclusion throughout the organization. • Participate in safety and quality programs, mentoring for an injury‑free environment. • Perform entry‑level and increasingly complex mechanical, electrical, and field construction tasks. • Prepare budgetary M/E estimates using automated estimating tools. • Review and analyze mechanical/electrical system options, providing value‑engineering recommendations. • Develop and coordinate mechanical and electrical scopes of work during the bid process. • Create sequencing plans and schedule solutions to meet project timelines. • Conduct constructability reviews and identify potential quality issues in design documents. • Execute job inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Manage shop drawing and submittal processes, reviewing and approving documents. • Develop commissioning plans, pre‑functional checklists, and functional testing procedures; verify testing results. • Mentor junior team members and develop innovative M/E tools to improve processes. • Promote diversity, inclusion, and non‑discrimination throughout the organization.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of construction or engineering experience preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read plans and specifications, as well as a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
