About the Role

• Learn the basics of project costs, tracking materials, project coordination, safety, and managing submittals • Engage in pre-job tasks, contribute to planning meetings, and participate in analyzing reports and statistical data for project optimization. • Responsibilities include ensuring that project team members understand contract terms and conditions, clauses, schedules, or any unusual requirements of the project. • Accompany superintendents on project quality walks and attend various project team meetings.

What You Bring

• Have a hands-on, career enhancing experience with compensation, human resources, and benefits • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources or a similar discipline. • Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills • At least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • Currently at the college level: Junior or Senior student • Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
