About the Role
Your duties will involve learning and performing a range of civil engineering activities, applying basic techniques and analyses within the discipline. The rotation will expose you to project controls, procurement, and construction management, as well as opportunities to work with computer‑aided engineering and design tools. Flexibility to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites is expected. • Perform civil engineering tasks using basic techniques under supervision • Rotate through project controls, procurement, and construction management for multidisciplinary exposure • Utilize CAE/CAD applications on assignments • Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites as needed

The Associate Civil position is part of the Tamkeen Program, designed for talented individuals ready to begin their engineering journey. As a developmental role, you will receive close supervision and training in engineering theories and practices while gaining exposure to Parsons’ procedures. The assignment may follow a structured rotational schedule that includes experience across several engineering disciplines. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with little or no prior work experience required. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for effective collaboration across diverse teams. A foundational understanding of engineering concepts in electrical, mechanical, or civil domains is beneficial, along with familiarity with CAD and other engineering software packages.
