About the Role

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Use CRM and ERP tools to support VMI customers. • Analyze VMI order changes and propose reduction solutions. • Perform data analytics and create reports to meet customer and company goals. • Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives for a better customer experience. • Optimize reporting workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time. • Develop sales and customer presentation materials and research summaries. • Collaborate independently and within a team to manage multiple tasks.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) team. The role offers hands‑on experience in order management, data analysis, and customer engagement, with exposure to CRM and ERP systems, VMI order analysis, and reporting optimization. It supports both customer and Viega goals and builds a strong foundation in customer support and inventory management. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills are required, along with availability to work a 40‑hour week during the summer. Applicants must be currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales, or a related field at an accredited university. Graduate students or undergraduates who have completed at least three years of coursework are preferred, though equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong analytical and communication skills. • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales, or related field; 3+ years of undergraduate study preferred. • Available to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
