About the Role

The current opening is for a Traffic Control Technician. This role involves applying a mix of electrical, masonry, and hydraulic skills to support construction and facility projects across the United States. • Perform masonry tasks such as forming, pouring, and finishing small concrete pads; operate concrete saw, hammer drill, and jackhammer. • Communicate professionally with customers, documenting repairs with measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes. • Work overtime, on‑call, and travel for overnight shifts across the United States as needed.

What You Bring

Key responsibilities include using a multimeter to troubleshoot AC and DC voltage, diagnosing basic electrical issues, and optionally working with PLCs. The technician must also have basic masonry experience, such as forming, pouring, and finishing small concrete pads, and be able to operate tools like a concrete saw, hammer drill, and jackhammer. Basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders is also required. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 pounds, and follow OSHA safety standards. They should be presentable, capable of building customer relationships, and detail‑oriented in documenting repairs, measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes. Flexibility to work overtime, on‑call, and travel for overnight shifts nationwide is essential. Applicants need at least three years of construction experience and proficiency with basic hand tools. An OSHA 10‑hour certification is required, with the option to complete the training within three months of hire, which the employer will pay for. • Use a multimeter to troubleshoot AC/DC voltage and diagnose basic electrical issues; PLC experience is a plus. • Apply basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders. • Lift up to 50 pounds and adhere to OSHA safety requirements. • Possess at least three years of construction experience and use basic hand tools. • Complete OSHA 10‑hour training within three months (employer‑paid).
