About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all maintenance tasks for the apartment community while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. Day‑to‑day duties include performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, AC, and electrical work; completing service requests promptly; conducting preventative maintenance; responding to emergency calls per policy; assisting the Service Manager; supporting resident functions; and contributing to the community preservation plan. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, AC, and electrical repairs • Complete service requests accurately and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs • Respond to emergency service calls according to policy • Assist Service Manager with community tasks • Support resident functions and community preservation efforts

What You Bring
