Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, assess customer storage needs, sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time walking/standing outdoors. • Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior curb appeal.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spending up to 50 % of time walking in and around facilities (including stairs and large doors), and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have customer‑service‑focused sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food or similar), a valid driver’s license, and their own vehicle for traveling between sites (mileage reimbursement provided). • Require customer‑service sales experience and a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle.
