About the Role

Manufacturing Production Workers are responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machining, processing, assembly, and packaging equipment. They produce goods according to detailed specifications, schedules, cost and waste targets, and quality standards, while moving, packing, and sorting raw materials and finished products. They also monitor output quality, discard or re‑manufacture defective items, and keep accurate daily production records for performance analysis. A Senior Para‑Professional (S3) brings broad operational knowledge gained through extensive experience and may have vocational or technical education. Working under limited supervision, they provide assistance and training to junior staff and address non‑routine problems that require analysis. They monitor daily and weekly production targets, ensuring timely and quality output, and work on transformer insulation manufacturing using various machining and molding processes. Efficiency improvements are driven by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. The role requires strict adherence to safety and safe working practices, reporting production data, estimating future needs, and preparing product and process reports. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally as a machine operator in transformer insulation manufacturing. A solid understanding of manufacturing methodologies, standards, and the ability to work in shifts and teams is required. The ideal applicant demonstrates great attention to detail, a result‑driven mindset, reliability, proficiency in spoken and written English, and knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke, or lean manufacturing is advantageous.
