About the Role
The role involves installing and maintaining electrical systems such as weather heads, meter bases, outdoor disconnects, panels, breakers, outlets, and controls, while complying with safety standards and the National Electrical Code. You will diagnose and resolve issues using tools like voltmeters and ammeters, read blueprints and schematics, and work closely with teammates to plan and execute projects. Accurate documentation of work orders and inspection reports is also required.

What You Bring
• Minimum of 5 years residential electrical experience. • Valid E2 Connecticut license preferred but not required. • Proficient with residential electrical services, panels, and grounding systems; able to install unsupervised. • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills. • Confident "in‑the‑moment" decision‑making ability. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Able to lift up to 50 lb and work in confined spaces. • Passes background check and drug screening. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
