About the Role
The role involves performing visual and dimensional inspections and maintaining accurate documentation on a variety of parts in accordance with ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program. Using appropriate test stands, the operator conducts electrical and mechanical tests on all types of aircraft fuel pumps, including dielectric strength, insulation resistance, pressure, leakage, amperage, voltage, wattage, calibration of pressure, flow, electrical parameters, and fuel temperature. Conduct break‑in tests for required time periods to evaluate pump performance under simulated operating conditions and prepare pumps for customer use. Identify rejected pump components, label them, and return them to assembly for repair, as well as perform pump/part marking, packaging, and shipping identification. Maintain accurate lot control (QCP 6.0) traceability, record keeping, logbook entries, NCRs (QCP 11.0), and transcribe documentation from device folders to master product files; also move material within the cell and perform minor equipment maintenance. • Perform visual and dimensional inspections per ANSI Y14‑5. • Conduct electrical and mechanical testing of aircraft fuel pumps (dielectric strength, insulation resistance, pressure, leakage, voltage, amperage, flow, temperature). • Execute break‑in tests to assess pump performance and ready pumps for customers. • Identify, label, and return defective pump components for repair. • Mark, package, and ship pump parts with proper identification. • Maintain lot control, traceability, logbooks, NCRs, and documentation per QCP standards. • Transcribe device folder data into master product documentation. • Move material within the cell and perform minor equipment maintenance.

What You Bring
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution and reside within a 50‑mile radius of the work location; no relocation assistance is offered. The position requires a minimum of two years of comprehensive inspection or complex mechanical/electrical assembly experience, including electromechanical soldering. All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR. The role involves access to information and hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and only U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, political asylees, or refugees) are eligible. Compliance with ITAR requirements is mandatory. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and reside within 50 mi of Euclid, OH. • Minimum two years of inspection or complex assembly experience, including electromechanical soldering. • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR. • Access to ITAR‑controlled hardware; compliance required.
