About the Role
The New Home Consultant guides customers through every step of the home-buying journey, from the first contact at the Welcome Home Center to closing the sale. This role ensures a “tickled, delighted and happy” experience while meeting the company’s sales objectives. Key duties include engaging visitors to assess their needs, generating leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships, and maintaining detailed knowledge of market offerings and community features. The consultant also follows up with customers throughout the process, participates in sales meetings and promotions, keeps model homes and inventory ready, and completes required training and community events. • Engage visitors at Welcome Home Centers to identify home-buying needs. • Generate sales leads via community events, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, community features, and market demographics. • Provide consistent follow-up and communication from initial contact through post-closing. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Ensure model homes and inventory properties are well-maintained. • Complete required training and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks. • Work regularly on-site, walking in all weather conditions and uneven surfaces. • Lift and carry supplies or materials up to 25 lb; operate keyboard and telephone equipment. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with a company match up to 5 % of contributions.

What You Bring
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, with a college degree or real-estate license preferred, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools are required. The position demands regular in-person attendance at job sites and offices, the ability to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 25 lb, and operate phone and computer equipment. A valid state driver’s license is essential for transporting customers and attending meetings. • Hold a high school diploma; college degree or real-estate license preferred. • Possess 1–2 years of homebuilding or real-estate sales experience. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
