About the Role

Successful candidates will work on a broad scope of electrical tasks that support the safe and compliant operation of the base’s systems and equipment, collaborating with other trades and service providers. • Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and inspections to ensure safe, compliant operation of base systems. • Deliver high‑quality trade services while maintaining WHS and environmental compliance. • Collaborate with other trades and service providers to support PAS delivery. • Provide responsive, professional trade services to internal and external stakeholders. • Focus on extending the longevity of fixed plant and equipment.

What You Bring

We are seeking permanent Electricians for Holsworthy Barracks, joining a workplace that values respect, empowerment and inclusion. The role begins in February 2026 and welcomes candidates from defence, industry or other sectors with transferable skills. Applicants must possess the relevant electrotechnology qualifications, an unrestricted NSW electrical licence, and a current driver’s licence. Experience in facilities or electrical maintenance, along with a Defence Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) and Australian citizenship, is also essential.
