About the Role
Associate Photographers support Homes.com and Apartments.com by creating virtual tours, floor‑plans, and marketing photography for residential properties. Using a Matterport Pro3 camera, digital camera gear, and an iPad, each photographer services a defined territory, works with a remote photography manager, and coordinates appointments with clients and dispatch teams. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras. • Produce residential photography for marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. • Survey one‑mile‑square commercial grids to identify and photograph missing inventory. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Work rotating weekend schedules and drive in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
The role requires up to eight hours of standing, walking, and driving each day, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and work outdoors in all seasons. Photographers must be willing to work rotating weekends and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management. • Maintain at least 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience. • Hold a FAA Part 107 drone certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire). • Demonstrate strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

Benefits
Compensation is hourly, equivalent to roughly $49‑50 k per year, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
