About the Role

• Implement and maintain document control processes, ensuring cataloguing, change control, and archival requirements are met. • Support workflow and delivery of required documents for capital projects, overseeing document flow from the PMC and other sources. • Manage interfaces with all parties using the PMC’s EDMS, maintaining accurate workflows and distribution matrices while mitigating obstacles. • Develop and maintain a SharePoint‑based system to ensure proper documentation management. • Handle transmittals from the PMC’s EDMS and coordinate workflow responses for the WLNG team and related tasks. • Train team members on document control processes and software as needed. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

The role is for a Document Controller who will support document coordination on construction projects and programs within the Real Estate department. The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses strong communication skills to manage document flows and control processes. This position reports to the project management consultancy (PMC) team and works closely with internal and external stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). • 3–5 years of relevant work experience. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products. • Skilled in spreadsheet tools for managing large data sets. • Experience with Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent data analytics and visualization tools (preferred). • Prior people‑management experience is a plus. • Strong experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS/DMS). • Understanding of construction documentation. • Excellent communication skills.
