About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, ensuring the job is done right and safely. Responsibilities include operating various light construction equipment, troubleshooting field issues, and interpreting utility locates and above‑ground indicators to maintain crew safety and productivity. • Operate light construction equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers, and perform required maintenance. • Troubleshoot problems that arise in the field. • Read and interpret utility locates and above‑ground utility indicators to ensure crew safety and high productivity. • Apply a hands‑on approach to solving complex problems. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
