About the Role

The Assistant Manager – Global Standardization & Digitization, OTC supports the Client Finance Transformation Leadership by driving standardization, optimization, and governance of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) finance transformation projects. The role coordinates key initiatives, contributes to the design and deployment of global finance process enhancements, and assists with documentation, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and best‑practice institutionalization. • Define and maintain global finance process standards for OTC, ensuring consistent application and continuous improvement. • Identify, document, and implement lean process enhancements across client finance operations. • Gather process metrics, prepare KPI dashboards, and drive data‑backed actions for performance improvement. • Coordinate global process training and knowledge‑management activities for virtual teams. • Update and maintain process documentation and global knowledge bases for stakeholder access. • Engage with operational, service delivery, and regional leadership teams to align transformation projects. • Support risk and compliance initiatives by implementing internal controls and mitigating risks. • Collect requirements from finance teams and business partners to scope transformation deliverables. • Coordinate project activities, monitor schedules and deliverables, ensuring compliance with client and commercial objectives. • Prepare reports and insights for leadership and steering committees to maintain transparency. • Institutionalize best practices and participate in global reviews and continuous‑improvement cycles.

What You Bring

The position requires 10–12 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with a CA or MBA, and a proven record in transformation or process‑improvement roles within the OTC domain. Candidates should be proficient in process documentation, KPI management, internal controls, risk mitigation, and familiar with finance systems such as JDE or PeopleSoft.
