About the Role
The position ensures integrity and functionality of low‑voltage electrical assemblies through comprehensive testing and verification, detecting issues, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and customer specifications. The incumbent inspects both in‑process and final products on all lines according to work instructions and governmental regulations, using devices such as Hi‑Pot testers, continuity meters, and torque wrenches, and programs controllers for electrical testing. • Conduct low‑voltage electrical testing and verification to ensure safety and performance. • Inspect in‑process and final products per work instructions and government standards. • Document inspections, non‑conformances, and rework on checklists, POMs, and test reports. • Program controllers and use Hi‑Pot, continuity, and component‑specific testers. • Verify torque, revisions, and compliance with customer specifications. • Communicate design errors and coordinate corrective actions with front‑end teams. • Perform mechanical and electrical audits of assemblies. • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. • Configure network settings (IP, subnet mask, gateway) for low‑voltage devices. • Apply UL, NEC, and regional utility codes during testing.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of electrical testing experience and two years in a quality or electrical tester role, be able to travel internationally, and possess strong knowledge of low‑voltage communication devices, electrical theory, schematics, and networking. • High School Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of electrical testing experience. • At least 2 years in a Quality or Electrical Tester role in manufacturing. • Ability to travel internationally (e.g., Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Canada). • Strong knowledge of low‑voltage communication devices (gateways, power meters, HMI, relays). • Solid understanding of electrical theory, circuit design, and basic electricity. • Proficient in computer networking and test equipment operation. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
