About the Role

The Talent Sourcer role is critical to building the top of the recruiting funnel by identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings. Working closely with a global network of over 30 recruiters, the Sourcer focuses on technical roles in HDR’s high‑growth sectors, delivering candidates through individual sourcing and large‑scale campaigns. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, ATS data, Boolean searches, social media, and employee referrals. • Conduct candidate outreach via cold calls, texts, emails, and other media. • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. • Engage candidates with personalized outreach and maintain relationships. • Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging sourcing technologies, and competitive talent landscapes. • Drive innovative AI‑based sourcing tools to accelerate hiring.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings, focusing on technical roles in the AEC industry. • Expertise in sourcing technologies, Boolean search, and candidate engagement; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS platforms. • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying talent in competitive markets. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Ability to translate technical job descriptions into effective search strategies. • Persistent and creative in candidate engagement. • Knowledge of employer branding and its impact on outreach.
