About the Role
The role supports production of HVAC equipment by contributing to assembly operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and helping the team achieve its output goals. AAON’s mission centers on innovation and sustainability, designing highly configurable equipment that provides long‑term value while advancing a cleaner future. • Assemble and install sub‑assembly components on HVAC units per specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts. • Communicate with team members across the production line to maintain workflow. • Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies. • Move materials and finished products using appropriate handling methods. • Maintain a clean, organized work area following housekeeping and safety practices. • Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages to supervisors. • Collaborate to meet daily production targets and quality standards. • Use hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components. • Install insulation, wiring, or ductwork. • Operate basic machinery or assembly equipment. • Complete production documentation and checklists. • Apply basic math and measurement skills.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, and preferably bring prior manufacturing or assembly experience. Required abilities include following instructions, basic tool knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, basic math, and a commitment to workplace safety. • Wear required PPE and follow all health and safety regulations. • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality standards. • Work effectively in a team environment. • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment. • Understand workplace safety practices and procedures.
